Under the constant temperature and humidity environment controlled by Swiss Luwa system, the loom can weave the thinnest silk threads into filter cloth of high density and different hole patterns by using 0.3-3.5 tons beating-up force after each weft across warp, with error less than 1% in air perm per square meter of filter cloth (only Jingjin filter cloth’s density, hole diameter, hole shape is woven), which completely changed the process that the density of filter cloth is compensated by calendaring in the industry.
