The screw-squeezing-type sludge dewatering equipment is one of the traditional advanced sludge treatment equipment. By using this equipment, sludge with the moisture content of 99.5% can be squeezed and dewatered to reach a moisture content of less than 85%, and then in conjunction with a low-temperature dryer, the sludge can be further dried to a moisture content of less than 20%. The Jingjin screw-squeezing-type sludge dewatering equipment is applicable to the industries such as municipal sewage, tap water, industrial wastewater, food, beverage, animal husbandry, chemical industry, petroleum, printing and dyeing, papermaking, machinery manufacturing and metal processing.

Main features
1. Occupying small floor area and saving space: Compared with the traditional sludge dewatering equipment, for the screw-squeezing-type sludge dewatering equipment, the combined and integrated type shall be adopted, which is convenient to install and has a small floor space, and for the main machine, flocculating tank and electric control cabinet, integrated design shall be adopted.
2. Saving flushing water: The screw-squeezing-type sludge dewatering equipment is equipped with movable ring, during the operation, the dynamic and static rings are stacked on each other, and the dynamic ring moves in a circle under the push of the screw shaft. It has the function of automatically cleaning the filter gap. Therefore, the dynamic and static rings can be cleaned up with little clean water. The water consumption of the screw-squeezing-type sludge dewatering equipment is less than one percent of the belt filter press.
3. Easy operation and maintenance; The screw-squeezing-type sludge dewatering equipment can be unattended for 24 hours through various sensors during operation, and will automatically alarm and shut down in case of failure.
4. Power saving: The speed of the screw shaft is 2-4 revolutions per minute. Due to the low rotating speed, the power consumption is very small, only 1/20 of the centrifugal dewatering equipment and 1/4 of the belt filter press.
5. Continuous sludge discharge: The moisture content of the sludge discharged from the screw-squeezing-type sludge dewatering equipment is about 83%. The filter cake is soft and easy to shape. It can be used with a low-temperature dryer to achieve unmanned operation and reduce the moisture content of sludge to below 20%.
